This makes about 16 oz. - If you would like to make more just double the milk and yogurt
Ok so here we go ...
What you will need:
Tools:
- Blender
- 1/2 Cup measuring cup
Ingredients:
- a little less than 1/2 cup Vanilla Coconut Milk (you can use any milk you like)
- a little less than 1/2 cup Vanilla Light and Fit Yogurt
- Cinnamon (as much as you want)
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- Flax Seeds (as much as you want)
- Chia Seeds (as much as you want)
- Whip cream (optional)
- Whip cream (optional)
Lets Get Blending ...
- Place all ingredients in blender
- Mix on "Puree" or "Liquify" setting (may be different depending on model)
- Pour into cup
- Add whip cream and a straw (if you want)
