How to Prepare Artichokes for Stuffing

Hey guys!! Here's how I prepare my artichokes so I can stuff them. Click here to see how I make stuffed artichokes. :)

What I Used:

• Colander
• Food Scissors
• Artichokes

1. Wash them
2. Cut the top and bottom off
3. Gently spread the leaves making sure not to break them
4. Rinse to ensure they are clean
5. Dry
6. Cut any remaining tips off with scissors
7. Continue to spread the leaves until you are happy with them

You are now ready to stuff them :)
